All Laminate boards scribed and mitred, solid surfaces, under mount sinks, Belfast sinks drainer grooves, seamless joints.

Decoration
Professionally hung lining paper, Flat paint finishes to walls and ceilings. Woodwork, stained, waxed, undercoat, topcoats to existing or new.

Building works
Remove walls, move and install steels, brick up doorways, windows etc. Plastering skin over existing Artex ceilings to smooth flat finish, replaster unsightly and defective walls. All types of coving fitted.
Drylining and studwork
Plasterboard over existing ceilings, create new walls, doorways etc.
Electrics
New ceiling lighting, switch positions, low volt cabinet lighting, pelmet plinths lights, replacement fuse boards and complete rewires. All electrical works carried out in strict compliance with current Part P Regulations.
Plumbing
All sinks, waste disposal units water softeners etc, radiators removed and re-sited. Bathroom sinks, baths and shower units, underfloor drainage for wetrooms.
Gas
Existing gas supplies carried, moved extended. Boilers installed, re-sited to new positions. All work carried out by Gas safe engineer, with inspection certificate issued on completion.
Carpentry
Internal doors, skirting, cabinet making, fitted bedroom wardrobes, boxing in pipework, Routerwork, MDF panelling etc.
Wooden floors
Solid wood floors, laminate flooring beading or replacement skirting.
